Terms & Conditions
Effective October 16, 2026
Pet & Us at us.flat4pet.com is operated by EuroAFF.com S.à.r.l., Luxembourg registration B280385, 21 Rue du Puits Romain, 8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg. Questions, support and legal notices: info@flat4pet.com.
1. The service and your order
Pet & Us creates AI-generated digital portraits from photos you provide. You can view watermarked previews before buying. Your purchase covers only the portraits and package displayed at checkout. This is a one-time purchase, with no automatic subscription. Frames, prints and other physical objects shown in illustrative scenes are not included unless an offer expressly says otherwise.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Review these terms, the selected portraits, email and final total before paying. The version in effect when you order applies to that order. Our Privacy Notice explains data processing.
2. Photos and permissions
You retain your rights in uploaded material. You give us and our service providers the limited permission needed to store, process, transform and deliver it for the service you request, including AI processing. This permission does not let us advertise with your photos without separate consent.
You must have permission from the photographer and every identifiable adult shown, and authority to provide any recipient information. Do not upload children’s photos, unlawful or exploitative material, intimate content, documents, or material used for harassment, fraud or deceptive impersonation. Do not circumvent access controls, payment, watermarks or usage limits.
3. What AI can and cannot promise
Portraits are creative synthetic images, not evidence of real events. Likeness, anatomy, details and composition can vary or contain errors. A style sample illustrates a direction and does not promise an identical result. Examine available previews before purchasing. We do not promise a specific emotional response, commercial result, unique output or copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
These explanations do not excuse a failure to provide the content and quality required by your order or applicable consumer law.
4. Prices and payment
The final checkout shows the total in euros before you confirm payment, including any applicable charges collected by us. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees. Promotional prices apply only as displayed at checkout. Stripe handles card and supported wallet payment details; we do not receive your full card number or security code.
Payment must be confirmed by the payment provider before paid access is granted. A browser success screen alone is not proof of payment. If a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed, affected access may be suspended while we investigate. Contact support if a legitimate payment is not reflected.
5. Delivery, access and revisions
Digital files become available on your private collection page after confirmed payment. Additional portraits may continue generating and appear there when ready. Queue times depend on demand and provider availability; an estimate is not a guaranteed deadline. If delivery fails, contact info@flat4pet.com with your order email so we can restore access, retry fulfilment or provide an appropriate remedy.
Use Find an order for a fresh private access email. Keep your email accurate and private links secure. Download and back up your purchased files. Included regeneration attempts are shown in the collection interface; additional attempts are not unlimited or guaranteed to improve a result.
6. Gifts
A gift shares access to the purchased digital portraits and any message you provide. Check the recipient address before sending and do not include sensitive information. You are responsible for having permission to share the photos and results. Gift links can expire or be forwarded; the purchaser can contact support about access. A gift does not include cash, a physical product or an ongoing subscription.
7. Use of purchased portraits
After payment, you may download, display, share and print the purchased portraits for personal use and personal gifts, subject to the rights of people and other rights holders. To the extent we hold rights needed for this use, we grant a non-exclusive, worldwide permission. Our brand, site design, gallery samples and other customers’ images are not included. Do not resell our gallery or represent AI-generated scenes as authentic evidence. Commercial licensing requires separate written agreement.
8. Problems, cancellation and refunds
Contact info@flat4pet.com with your order email, date and a description of the issue. Do not send card details. If paid content is missing, defective or not as described, we will provide the correction, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law. A preview or the digital nature of an order does not remove those rights.
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract by sending a clear statement to our email or postal address. We do not treat simply paying or opening this website as a waiver of that right. You may use: “I withdraw from my Pet & Us digital portrait order placed on [date], under [order email/name].” Include the date and, for postal requests, your signature.
When a refund is due, we return it to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of accepting a valid withdrawal or confirming the refund. Your bank may take additional processing time. Access to refunded content may be revoked. Mandatory remedies and any longer statutory deadlines remain available.
9. Responsibility and reasonable limits
We are responsible for supplying the service with the care and legal standards applicable to it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses, indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, your unlawful use, third-party printing or framing, or loss caused by sharing your private access link. For claims that may lawfully be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory data-protection obligations, or rights and remedies that consumer law does not permit us to exclude. Events outside our reasonable control do not remove your right to a remedy for an undelivered paid order.
10. Service changes and misuse
We may change future styles, prices and features, or restrict requests reasonably believed to be unlawful, abusive or unsafe. We will explain material restrictions where lawful and practical and handle existing paid orders fairly. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively reduce an existing purchase’s rights.
11. Law and complaints
Luxembourg law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. You may bring a claim in any court available under applicable consumer law. Contact us first if you wish us to investigate a complaint; this is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a legal remedy. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.
